Can I use your pictures?

Can I make skins/desktops/icons from your photos and scans?
Yep. Most gallery images have larger sizes available for download, and I never watermark anything. If you have a website or journal page you display them on, please link back to me so other people can be entertained & assisted by the galleries and tutorials. Heck, if you do a lot of them, email me and I'll link to you.

Can I put them on a shirt/mug/button/etc?
If it's for personal use you can make one. Please do not make multiples or sell items with my websites content on them. That's not just impolite, it's illegal.

Otherwise, what is your image sharing policy?
Don't use my images to misrepresent yourself. You can put a few pictures in your 'my favorite pullip/cel scan' gallery on your website, but do NOT use my pictures as examples in your 'what kind of commissions I can do' for painting or customizing. It seems obvious, but this has happened before. You can use them to make icons, skins, etc, but do not claim or imply that you took the photos or made the content within them. If you're not sure about something you want to do, email me. I'm nice.


Regarding Customs:

Do you take commissions for custom dolls/cels?
Short answer no, long answer yes. Occasionally, if someone catches me at the right time with a really interesting idea or idea I was already planning to do, I might say yes. But otherwise, no.

My doll is broken! Can you fix her?
IF your doll is damaged in some way that isn't covered in the tutorials, I will take a repair commission so that I can take pictures of the repair process and use them in a tutorial.

My doll's head is really messed up! Can you fix her?
This one is trickier. In MOST cases, I can make a damaged head into something nice (see the Horrorshow! section) but in those cases I can't guarantee it's something you'd want. If you come across a damaged head or damage one yourself through accident, I will buy the head from you and take suggestions for what to do with it. If you like it, you can buy the doll when I'm done for the cost of time/materials, but you are not obligated to. This way if the head can't be fixed, or it can only be used in a way that doesn't appeal to you, you take no loss.

How did you do your Cheshire Cat/Chii eyes?
I painted blank blythe chips.

Is _______ for sale?
Unless you see a 'for sale' sign in the custom gallery index or on the sale page, no.

I bought one of your dolls and it's been damaged. Will you repair it?
Any of my dolls are covered by free repair. I customize them to stand up to a lot, but I can't kid-proof or pet-proof them. If you bought a doll from me, or one of my dolls from someone else, I will always repair that doll for free, provided you pay for shipping and any replacement parts, I.E. a new body if the old one's been chewed up beyond repair.


Regarding my Girls and Picfics

(Insert character here) looks different in the later picfics. What happened?
All my girls are customized to some degree. Because of this, you will see bodies changing, eyes changing, hair length changing, lip color changing, etc. If it's a severe change, there will usually be an explanation in the story for it.

What do you have your doll rooms in?
First, two shelves on my desk. Then, on a 4-shelf glass cabinet. Now, and forever on, I custom built them a dollhouse with 9 rooms and a rooftop patio/garden, a 4 floor 'Minions lair' and a 4 floor 'Apartment complex'

Why is Beressa a Nazi?
Because Beressa is a Nazi. The picture I have in the pullip profiles is the stock picture Jun Planning released. Any Beressas you see in the fics are customs I made. Jun Planning 'cancelled' Beressa and replaced her with a wa-lolita styled doll called 'Lan' because of the tremendous outcry of them making such an obviously SS doll. To their credit in Japan nazi uniform inspired clothing is incredibly popular in the punk/goth fashion industry so they probably didn't mean anything by it. My Beressa is a charicature. A parody. A joke. She's stupid and deluded enough to pledge her loyalty to Nightshade in her quest for world domination. And because I can't pick on Penny *all* the time.

What happened with Penny and her boyfriend? Did I miss a picfic?
Penny is a green eyed big-busted redhead, which happens to be the description of one of my friends' ideal woman. He was girlfriendless for a while so I 'introduced' him to Penny, and she became his girlfriend. 'She' sent him invitations to come over or go out, etc such as:

It was all good for several months until he called us from Washington D.C. and was like 'oh... yeah I'm living here now. Didn't I tell you?' and well, Penny was an ideal girlfriend but even the ideal girlfriend won't put up with that. So they broke up and she has been on a somewhat downward spiral ever since.

Will _______ ever appear in a picfic?
Anyone you see in the character roster will appear in a picfic. I don't have it updated much further than the current picfic story line so as not to contain any spoilers, but you can rest assured that just about any doll in my custom/customized galleries will all eventually get into the story. It's just going to take a while, because they have lots of stories to tell.
