Ravish: Yep. What do you do for work? You're gone at all kinds of crazy hours.


Valentine: Volunteer work. Monday through Thursday during the day I volunteer at the local orphanage, on Fridays I work at the charity thrift store, during the week in the evenings I cook for the homeless shelter downtown, and on the weekends I cover shifts at the animal hospital.
Ravish: Wow, you have even more jobs than I do.
Valentine: What else do you do?


Ravish: Whatever I can. I have two little sisters; one's almost old enough for college and the other is sick a lot. And my Dad's a preacher, so he doesn't make much


Nightshade: THE MOST WONDERFUL THING EVER HAS HAPPENED!
Ravish: ...congratulations?


Nightshade: Beressa, THE Beressa, former princess of the KGB is joining my organization!
Valentine: Here? Does Ash know?


Nightshade: TOGETHER WE WILL RULE THE WORLD!
Valentine: Oh dear...


Ravish: Miss Valentine, do you mind if I ask you something?
Valentine: What?
Ravish: Is Nightshade your sister? Because the pink hair, it's sort of rare...
Valentine: Oh no. Ash just calls her my evil twin from another dimension. We're not actually related.


Ravish: Oh, that's good. Poor fella would get all attached to a sweet, kind girl like you and end up with someone like that in the family.


Valentine: That's a funny thing to say.
Ravish: ...just theoretical.


Elsewhere:
Ash: Have you heard? Nightshade's running all through the house screaming about some new henchwoman called "Beressa".


Saturn: It's been taken care of.


Beressa: AAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!


Ash: I... see. But why did you shrink her?
Saturn: I like to humiliate my opponents before I destroy them.
Ash: Ah. Well whatever turns you on.


Belladonna: Free our brethren! Death to the oversized oppressors!


Saturn: I definitely didn't see that coming.
Ash: This infestation is starting to become a nuisance.


Commentary:
Beware the minis. They will come to get you. This story should have come out about the time Beressa was originally announced and cancelled, but it was actually done into a photostory more than a year later. If you are unfamiliar with the incident of Beressa:

Beressa was to be released in July of 2005. She was a little blonde doll that wore what was pretty unmistakably an SS uniform, and came with a very distinctive gun that was fairly easily recognized as a Nazi pistol. No one else used guns of this sort, and it is a very particular shape. She wasn't supposed to be a Nazi though, she was supposed to be a 'lady spy' and to give the creator credit, nazi uniforms are in fashion in Korea/Japan (don't ask me why) so it was probably more of a pop culture influence than an actual nazi influence. Within about a week, out of consideration to the 60th anniversary of WW2/the holocaust the doll was cancelled. That is why there is no doll for July 2005. Beressa was supposed to be Nightshade's henchman, and then she was cancelled. Literally.

If it wasn't already suspected, it should be pretty obvious that Ravish is in love with Valentine. If you hadn't realized it yet, you're as oblivious as Valentine is.
