Ravish: Ok, so one last time: Ash is not a normal doctor. Things are going to be really weird, if not scary, but it's all right. I think.
Lily: Yeesh! You went over this three times on the way from the airport, I got it. I bet she's one of those weirdos who tries to put crystals on you and chant.

Ravish: No, she's one of those weirdos who has dismembered body parts lying around. I'm serious! She should be OK, but don't make jokes like that just in case.

Lily: All right, all right... but I still think you're just funnin' me, big brother...

Ash: Well well... I never thought I'd see you again.

Shadow: Hey. Sorry I didn't call first, but it was sort of urgent.

Ash: Well have a seat then. Something wrong?
Shadow: Sort of. The nerve sensors in my right leg stopped working below the knee...

Shadow: I've just been tripping over things left and right! Other than that, everything's still working just great.

Ash: Well... it has been a few years, but it still shouldn't have stopped working like that. Have you put any unusual stress on it?
Shadow: I may have used it to beat someone unconscious.

Ash: Uh-huh. Well it doesn't look like there's any exterior damage. I'll have to take it apart and see what's causing it.

Ash: This might take a while, sorry.
Lily: *gasp*
Shadow: Who's that?

Ravish: Uh, Ms. Ash, this is my little sister, Lilly, the um, one I told you about? I hope this isn't a bad time...

Ash: Wow, she really does exist! I owe Obsidian a dollar.

Ash: Look, it's getting a little crowded in here. Shadow, do you mind going upstairs while I take care of this? It shouldn't be long.
Shadow: No worries. I'll need some help without the leg though.
Ravish: Um, I'll do it...

Shadow: Let's just get over to the table so I can sit down. So how do you know Ash?

Ravish: She, ah, hired me to date a friend of hers who was having bad luck with men to rebuild her confidence. How about you?
Shadow: I may have been hired by an asian government to steal one of her prototypes a few years back.

Ravish: But you're friends now?
Shadow: Sort of. I got through all of her death traps when she pulled her 'I'm just a poor defenseless scientist' act on me. Next thing I knew I was hanging from the ceiling in a cage. She was a good sport about it though, she said she'd let me go if she could experiment on me.

Ravish: I... see... And you're all right with this?
Shadow: Oh yeah. Now I'm practically indestructible.

Below:
Lily: !!!

Ash: You can stop looking so horrified. Sit down.

Lilly: !!!

Ash: Look, I hate to sound like a cliche, but if I wanted to kill you, you'd already be dead, so calm down.

Lily: What... are you going to do to me?

Ash: I'm just going to take a blood sample. Then I'll isolate the faulty DNA that is causing you to get sick and create a virus with a fixed version patched with your brother's DNA and inject you with it. The virus will take over nuclear replication until all of your DNA is good. It usually clears up cancer in a couple of weeks, so with a full human it might take a month or two to work completely.

Lily: You... can fix cancer?
Ash: Sure. It's not like it's hard.

Commentary:
Meet Ravish's youngest sister, Lily (full name Cruella Lillian Sawyer). Yep, she does exist, as does his other little sister. But we won't see her for a little bit yet. It's been a long time since there were any new characters, and now there's 2 in one fic!

I love Lily's reaction to Ash's lab (and Ash).
