Ash: Hmm, just in case... I should lock it up in the vault. I wonder whose it is?


Maggie: It's mine, of course.


Ash: What? You're not a genie!
Maggie: No, but I am everything you ever wished for. Admit it.


Ash: Look, I don't know what Valentine's been telling you, but I really don't like girls. So you can just stay over there, ok?


Maggie: What does that matter, when you know I'm everything you ever wanted?


Magma: I've always been everything you ever wanted. You know that Ash...
Ash: Magma? What are you doing here? What's going on?


Magma: You've never been in love with anyone else...
Ash: Let me go! And go put some clothes on!


Maggie: Oh come on...you'll like it!
Magma: Stop being so stubborn for once.
Ash: No, really I'm not interested! The both of you, just BACK OFF!

 




Commentary:
This fic should really be called "Ash's Dream" but I decided that would ruin the surprise, or at least make it more expected. This was a really fun fic to do, even if it is short. I love the alarmed look on Ash's face when she wakes up, and Magma and Maggie are always fun.

You may have noticed the running joke that whenever Magma shows up, he's not wearing any clothes. He starts off wearing clothes usually, but they've gone by the time Ash sees him. Even in Ash's dreams, Mags just seems to lose his pants. And shirt. And... everything else.
