The Hanbok is a traditional Korean dress with a short jacket with long bell sleeves and a long skirt that fastens above the bust to create a long flowing silhouette. While not as widely recognized as other national costumes like the Kimono, it has become increasingly popular and hanbok-inspired dresses are showing up on runways in Europe and the US.
