Basics are patterns designed to be extra friendly to beginner sewers!  If you're kind of intimidated by sewing, or looking to introduce a kid in your life to sewing, this is the pattern for you (easy, fast, and forgiving).   This pattern focuses on dresses, with lots of different styles to mix and match so you can make lots of different looks.

Patterns included:Dress in sheath, drop waist, natural waist styles, round & square neck, pointed & round collar, dickie, sleeves, gathered skirt, pleated skirt.
Supplies needed: 1/4 yard fabric or less, thread/sewing supplies
Difficulty: This is an easy pattern that most beginners should be fine with.  You can also check out the 'Tutorials' section for free resources on sewing and sizing.

So Many Options!

I've now made several different dresses using this basic pattern. I love it!
Instructions are clear and easy to follow.
I'm still hoping we'll see more for these dolls, like a Kigurumi or pajama set. My girls are always asking for pajamas.

Wonderful pattern, tons of options to design a look specific for your doll!

I have now tried quite a few of her patterns and have LOVED each and every one! And have not had any issues with any of them. They always fit perfectly and are so darned cute when finished!

Awesome, love it, making it for a doll that is bigger than barbie but skinnier, and with a slightly bigger but. I love this doll, but she is making me crazy with the pattern adjustments. I think I can make this one for her without too much insanity.
