This is so easy to follow and very professional. If you want to see if doll clothes are for you, get this series of patterns! I’m going to buy more but for now I’m trying to make all the variations before I move on. Allow me to quote from the last line of the directions, “Now you know 95% of all sewing techniques involved in doll clothes.”
There may be some overlap from my other reviews - ah, the joys of cut and paste!
Currently, this is the group I purchase the most patterns for; it is marvellous to find so many wonderful ideas for Curvies! As soon as I saw this one, it was in my basket.
This pattern, Level Up!, is fantastic for the step by step detail that has been provided, as I'm sure others have commented. It encourages those new to the craft and is a great starting point for those who are more experienced and/or creative. I should also mention that I hand sew many of the outfits I've made from your other patterns, despite having a sewing machine, so one need not be discouraged if they don't have a machine at their disposal.
Thank you for your work and generosity!
I have been a fan of RAD for over a year, probably two years, now. I have to say, this is EXACTLY what I have wanted. This pattern is the tutorial that shows me the designers magic art to making the clothes look amazing. I love the economic conservative style of the usual patterns, when printing, but sewing for 1/6 scale is really hard for me and this tutorial has given me hope to try again! YOU should try it, and don't give up, sewing for dolls is hard, but you'll feel so accomplished when you get it!
The Shirr Romance is probably my most favourite dress. I bought the pattern for several different sized dolls because I want all of them to have a dress like this. The instructions are easy and the pattern fits the dolls perfect.
I love requiem patterns always ♥️ helpful and easy
Cute pattern. The ends of the darts on the blouse can look a bit awkward, but it fits very well.
I made the basic dress with high neck & short sleeves and it turned out lovely! The whole pattern fit nicely on a fat quarter with fabric to spare.
Instructions are so clear for newbie sewists with lots of detailed photographs. I’m looking forward to using more of my stash (all right, hoard!) of fabric to create more fun dresses and experiment with new styles
This is probably my favorite sewing pattern. It’s so easy with clear instructions, and there are suggestions for both a curvy profile and a straight profile. I’ve made two so far, with a third cut out and ready to go. Highly recommend for beginners especially
I have made several leggings and t shirts already. Love getting patterns via PDF so I can start sewing right away.
Thanks again for all the help you gave me with resizing it to fit YoSD. My little dolls are going to be so cozy this winter!!
Wonderfully sized for Dollfie Dream Pretty! My girl (and her Angel Philia pal, after some adjustments) are going to get SO many cute jeans and t-shirts.
I've not made this yet, but was surprised how easy it looks, and,as usual, the instructions and photos will make it very clear to sew.
Disclaimer: I don't have a printer so I had to put a piece of paper over my tablet and trace the pattern scaling up the PDF to 150%. It worked out surprisingly well!
This was my first time sewing something to completion in over decade and I DID IT! I sewed it (badly, but it was a great first effort for someone who barely knows how to sew). If I can do this, YOU definitely can do this!
The pattern pieces are very clear easy to follow and match up! I did stumble a little bit with all text directions. I wish there were photographs to go with the text, I had to look up a couple things up on Youtube to make sure I was doing them right! All and all awesome pattern for giant MH dolls. I'll definitely getting a ton of mileage out of these patterns, Thanks Requiem!
Such a lovely pattern with easy to follow instructions
Really excellent pattern, easy to follow the instructions and finished items look great on my doll.
Been following you almost that whole 10 years, no regrets! Your patterns never disappoint. ❤️
Best doll patterns anywhere, no contest! Gwen is also a total sweetheart that is super helpful with finding the right size.
