The elegant kimono is a beautiful dress to show off the most decadent fabrics! The actual garment doesn't miniaturize well due to all the layering, so I designed my pattern to fake it. There's also a LOT of variations included: different cut lines for more/less busty girls, outward opening sleeves for classical kimono, inward opening sleeves for modern kimono and short/long variations for light festival yukata or formal furisode.

Awesome, love it, making it for a doll that is bigger than barbie but skinnier, and with a slightly bigger but. I love this doll, but she is making me crazy with the pattern adjustments. I think I can make this one for her without too much insanity.
Love this pattern - I will get it to fit my doll - even if i have to remake it twenty times - the pattern is awesome - the doll just has some seriously weird measurements!
